Virtual Training to Complete at Your Convenience

Our virtual training is a more affordable option than in-home training.  You’re still getting all of the expertise of a trainer, but your workouts are programmed into an app and you complete them on your own time – any time.  Every workout comes with form tips, video demonstrations, and alternatives in case a specific exercise doesn’t work for you.  Our workouts are designed to be done at home OR in a gym, so you have maximum flexibility.  The accountability factor is still there too!  Your trainer gets notified every time you complete a workout… and she notices when you don’t!  Monthly progress calls or Zooms are also included to make sure that you have all the support you need.

It's a great option if:

  1. You’ve got the motivation to workout but you’re tired of doing the same old thing or tired of making up your own workouts.
  2. You just want to be told what to do or you’re not sure what to do.
  3. You need accountability. 
  4. You’d love a trainer but your budget is tight.

Wonder Woman

The Wonder Woman package is our VIP-level tier for providing the maximum customization and support for your workout needs. 
  • Up to 5 workouts per week (exact number determined with your trainer based on your goals, schedule, etc.)
  • Plans fully customized to YOUR workout equipment, injuries, sport-specific training, strength & cardio preferences, plus warm ups and cool downs
  • Weekly 15 minute check-in with your trainer for extra accountability, success planning, progress reports, etc. (Check-ins done via Zoom or phone)
  • Access to your trainer via text or the app between scheduled check-ins


The Catwoman package is a mid-level tier great for most people who want to add in some exercise and accountability, and don't need a ton of customization.
  • 4 workouts per week
  • Plans are adaptable to be done at home or in a gym, so you have maximum flexibility
  • Modifications are given for all fitness levels 
  • Monthly 30-minute check-in with your trainer to track your progress (Check-ins done via Zoom or phone)
  • Accountability - your trainer sees when you complete a workout... And when you don't!


The Batgirl package is a starter tier for those who have very limited time to commit to exercise and/or want to ramp up slowly to a more frequent schedule. 
  • 2 workouts per week
  • All the same benefits of the Catwoman package
