In this 30-minute in-person appointment, we’ll talk through your health and exercise history, your current goals, and generally get to know each other a bit. We’ll also ask you to perform a few movements in order to evaluate your body mechanics. Gathering all of this data helps us plan the best workouts for you! Finally, we’ll talk about scheduling and make a plan to get you started so that you can start feeling like a superhero STAT.
